Our Commitment

At LinkIT Advanced Solutions Ltd, protecting customer information is our top priority. We provide copiers and multi-function devices (MFDs) across the UK, and we take information security seriously at every stage — from installation and servicing to device return or disposal.

We follow recognised good practice aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 principles, ensuring that data confidentiality, integrity, and availability are maintained.

Key Principles

• Secure Device Handling – All devices are securely wiped or destroyed before resale, return, or disposal.
• Risk Management – We identify potential security risks and implement proportionate controls.
• Incident Response – We have procedures in place to detect, contain, and resolve any security incidents promptly.
• Compliance & Governance – Policies are formally approved by our Director, version-controlled, and reviewed annually.

Training & Awareness

All staff and engineers receive training on:

Review & Updates

Our policies and procedures are reviewed annually or whenever there are significant changes to business operations, legislation, or security incidents. This ensures we maintain the highest standard of information security appropriate to our size and operations.
