This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that LINKIT ADVANCED SOLUTIONS LTD has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains

LINKIT ADVANCED SOLUTIONS LTD is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery in our operations

LINKIT ADVANCED SOLUTIONS LTD is a company incorporated and operating in the United Kingdom. The Company supplies and supports multifunctional copiers and printers and provides IT support and related services, including procurement, implementation, training, and consultancy

The Company’s operations are primarily based within the United Kingdom. LINKIT ADVANCED SOLUTIONS LTD works with a range of suppliers and business partners to deliver its products and services. Our customers are mainly within the education and business sectors

Our supply chains include, but are not limited to

  • Professional and technical services 
  • IT and software providers 
  • Office and business support services 
  • Recruitment and labour suppliers 

We recognise that modern slavery risks can vary by sector and geography and we are committed to identifying and mitigating these risks

  1. Policies on Modern Slavery and Ethical Conduct 

We operate a zerotolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Our relevant policies include

  • Whistleblowing Policy
  • Equal Opportunities and Fair Treatment Policies 

These policies reflect our commitment to ethical behaviour, compliance with the law, and respect for human rights

  1. Due Diligence Processes 

To assess and manage the risk of modern slavery, we

  • Carry out due diligence on new suppliers and contractors
  • Expect suppliers to comply with applicable labour laws and ethical standards
  • Reserve the right to terminate relationships where serious breaches are identified
  • Encourage transparency and responsible business practices throughout our supply chain 
  1. Risk Assessment and Management 

Given the nature of our business and UKbased operations, we consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be lowHowever, we remain vigilant, particularly in relation to

  • Thirdparty labour providers
  • Overseas supply chains (where applicable

We keep our risk assessments under review and take appropriate action where concerns are identified

  1. Training and Awareness 

We ensure that relevant employees and managers understand

  • What modern slavery and human trafficking are 
  • How to identify potential warning signs
  • How to raise concerns safely and confidentially
  • Training is provided as appropriate to roles and responsibilities
  1. Reporting Concerns 

Employees, contractors, and third parties are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical conduct through our whistleblowing proceduresAll reports are taken seriously and investigated appropriately

  1. Continuous Improvement 

LINKIT ADVANCED SOLUTIONS LTD is committed to continuous improvement in our approach to preventing modern slavery. We will

  • Review and update relevant policies as needed
  • Strengthen supplier engagement and monitoring
  • Assess the effectiveness of our actions on an ongoing basis
