At LinkIT Advanced Solutions we are committed to providing all our Customers with exceptional on-going Service and Aftersales Support, to ensure that equipment remains productive and reliable throughout the equipment’s lifetime.  It is worth noting that even the latest high tech digital systems (from all Manufacturers) require (just like modern cars) periodic service and maintenance to continue to operate efficiently.  As our Service Operation has a very proactive policy of providing routine preventative visits to all installed equipment using their ongoing usage history, this has the effect of allowing us to prevent potential problems before they arise and stops minor issues from becoming major problems. To complement our preventative maintenance schedule, we can also remotely monitor the status of all equipment at the Customer’s locations to check the status of each machine and through this system can be informed of any potential problems prior to them causing any issues or downtime!  This system can also remotely provide us with information on meter readings and toner levels, saving the needs for Customers to provide the information or need to order toner manually!
